Absolutely. Safety is our top priority. We adhere to strict medical standards and all our treatments are performed by qualified professionals. The clinic is also registered with Health Inspectorate Wales, ensuring the highest level of safety and care.
The clinic is in a non permit residential area, therefore there is plenty of parking along the street the clinic is positioned on and surrounding streets.
We are close to schools therefore at peak times parking can be more limited so please allow extra time to park your car.
There is a bus stop directly outside the clinic and we are roughly a 10-15 minute taxi journey from Swansea main train station.
Yes, you can easily book an appointment online through our website and we encourage this due to our phone lines being very busy and you can see our full availability easily on line. We have a user-friendly online booking system that allows you to schedule an appointment at your convenience. You can also call us to book an appointment, and our friendly staff will be happy to assist you.
Yes, all our nurses are registered with the The Nursing and Midwifery council. We follow all the regulations and standards set by the NMC to ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Our skin & laser specialists are educated and trained to the highest level within the industry.
We do offer a direct debit service for certain treatments, please talk to your practitioner during your consultation for details.
We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express and are happy to accept cash and bank transfers.
We are more than happy for you to have someone with you when you attend the clinic however we request you don’t bring children and pets are strictly forbidden due to us being a clinical environment and registered hospital.
We understand that unexpected things can happen, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us to better accommodate other patients who may need an appointment. *please see our full cancellation policy.
